Summary by Phil Jones

Under 12 League Section One league leaders Mold Juniors dropped points and were held to a goal-less draw at Park Youth but hey did have the games best player in Anthony Jones who was outstanding.

Kamil Bancer got the only goal of the game for Brickfield Rangers as they defeated FC Borras Rangers 1-0.

Johnstown Youth were in rampant mood slaying Brymbo Lodge 8-1 and the jewels in their crown were Dean Hughes and Matt Smith who netted a hat-trick apiece with Matt Jones(2) completing the spree.

Marchwiel United shared six goals and the points with Acrefair Youth and Dominic White yet again helped himself to a further hat-trick. Man of the match Aled Parry netted twice for the visitors and Tom Parry fired the point saver.

Rhosddu United raised their game to defeat Marford and Gresford Albion 2-1. Jordon Edwards and Danny Jones fired the hosts goals with Connor Griffiths hitting back.

In Section Two, league leaders Ruthin Town marched on with an 8-2 victory at Chirk Youth who replied through Ben Wilson(2). The league leaders marksmen were Stephen Wilsden(2), Iwan Davies, Ciran Jones with a treble, Oliver Hughes and Jake Hughes with a double and Harri Owen.

Borras Park Rangers showed why they are serious title contenders as they demolished Bala 8-1. Tom Duckett strengthened his seasons goals tally with yet a further hat-trick and completing the debacle were James Roberts(2), Zac Degale, Matt Thomas and George Ford.

There was an eleven goal thriller between Coedpoeth United and Rhos Aelwyd who shaded this game with an injury time winner from Sam Baldwin. Also on target were Ian Hughes with a treble, and Jake Jones(2), replying for the hosts were Alfie Burgess, Morgan Williams, Andy Williams and Elliott John(2).

FC Brickfield were just out-muscled 2-1 by Borras Park Albion Leighton Evans and Danny Jones got the winners goals with Luke Roberts hitting back

It was vintage Garden Village who powered on the gas to beat Marchwiel Colts 15-1. Leading the rampage with a hat-trick apiece were Luke Davies and Steven Beilby all after Ben Williams got the game off to a perfect start with quite a stunning strike. Adding to their tally were Jimmy Lee, George Derosa, Adam Denoven, Ethan Turton, Luke Jones and Dan Massey.

Matt Richards(2), Kristian Pierce, Danny Lloyd and Iolo Hughes made up the Ruthin Town nap hand as they defeated Borras Park Albion 5-2, replying for Albion were Todd Dobie and Matthew Kaldowski.

Turning to the Under 14 League - Section One leaders FC Borras Park defeated Brymbo Lodge who took the game to their opponents and through quick thinking by Andy Lane took an early lead as he capitalised on a defensive error to put Brymbo 1-0 up. Good work by Robert Hooson and Callum White put Nick Schleising in to level the scores and not long after a great run down the wing, Schleising doubled his personal tally. Good work on the other flank by Callum White who lobbed the ball over the Brymbo defence for Rhys Williams to run onto and chip the keeper. A good strike by White from outside the box made it 4-1 at half time. The second half saw no changes and Borras came out strong with good work from Liam Humphreys a powerful shot to make it 5-1. Good running by Schleising and a low drive to make it 6-0 and this completed his hat-trick. Brymbo responded with a superb free kick from outside the box by James Rogers who hit the top corner of the net in reply to make it 6-2. Borras quickly responded through Rhys Williams after a great ball through from strike partner Malcolm Mbako. Man of the Match Ryan Davies was determined to cap a great performance with a goal and after persisting finally got his name on the score sheet to make it 8-2 to FC Borras.

Johnstown are enjoying a nice purple patch and they demolished Garden Village 6-3 with efforts from Sam Brown, Tom Cuffin Evans and double salvo’s from Emily Brown and Jack Griffiths.

In the afternoon programme, the Under 15 League leaders Marchwiel United had their work cut out and they had quite a scare at Chirk before just easing through 6-5. Making up the Chirk nap hand were Lewis Penrose and Keiran Williams with two goals apiece and Josh Langford with Ollie Price(2), Ryan Valentine, Jack Griffiths, Phil Tinsley and Kris Dickenson keeping United in the title hunt.

Coedpoeth United went down 5-3 at home to Bala Juniors but managed to hit back through man of the match Luke Roberts, Andy Jackson and Dan Povah.

Park Youth had Aaron Davies on the scoresheet but they were just toppled 2-1 by Garden Village who just nicked the points following strikes from Gareth Roberts and Duane Jones.

Rhostyllen Youth with an eye on the runners up spot were held to a 2-2 draw by Borras Park Albion. Keiran Ansloos was the Rhostyllen saviour bagging both of his sides goals which included a late leveller after Dean Mathews had netted a double salvo for visiting Borras.

Ruthin Town maintained their championship push with a splendid 5-1 triumph over Rhosddu United whose keeper Alex Denoven also saved a penalty. Jack Higgins was top gun with a treble and Ian Willias made up their nap hand prior to Tom Williams notching a consolation goal.
